The result is a unique and visceral journey through the labyrinth of Greek mythology. STORYLINE: Once a soldier in the Spartan army, Kratos has been possessed by Ares, God of War, and has become the most vicious and infamous warrior in Ancient Greece. But this has also driven him to the very edge of madness, and he is determined to escape his fate. The only way to be released from his servitude is to kill Ares, but to kill a god is no easy task and he must find Pandora?s Box, located in a temple guarded by traps, puzzles and enemies, if he is to succeed. The scene is set by a powerful opening movie, whilst the main action of the game tells the story of the preceding three weeks in flashback form, allowing the player to piece together, and even influence, the gripping chain of events?
